We ship within the United States.

SHIPPING COST

Free on every order. There is no shipping charge at checkout.

HOW LONG IT TAKES

Every pair is made to order with your photo. Most orders arrive 5–9 business days after you order: a few days to make them, a few more in transit.

CHRISTMAS

Order by December 9 to get it in time for Christmas.

IF WE DON'T HAVE YOUR PHOTO

You can order without uploading a photo. We'll contact you by email to get it. If we still don't have it after about two weeks, we cancel the order and refund you in full.

DELAYS

Carrier delays, weather and holidays can push delivery beyond the estimate. If your order hasn't arrived 10 business days past the estimate, email support@madefourmoments.com

WRONG ADDRESS

Please check your address at checkout. If a parcel comes back to us because the address was wrong or incomplete, we can reship it once you cover the new shipping cost.
